Everything matters – recruitment campaign
All across the European automotive industry, there’s a growing demand for technicians. Volvo Trucks shares the same need, so they gave us the assignment to develop a pan-European recruitment campaign. The objective was to create awareness and appreciation of Volvo Trucks as an employer, and to persuade technicians – especially those with great skills and drive – to apply for a job at one of the company’s workshops.
So how best to make these ambitious professionals interested? We developed a campaign based on the insight that any person with drive will expect more than just one thing from his or her job. Of course pay matters, but so too do work environment, teamwork, work-life balance, personal development and career opportunities. Volvo Trucks recognises this complexity so we decided to train the spotlight on their holistic philosophy. We did this by presenting stories of real-life Volvo Trucks technicians. Four ambitious individuals who have understood that everything matters – and accordingly chosen Volvo Trucks.
